Can I add another car to my SCRUBB membership?
Yes, of course. Your SCRUBB membership isn't exclusive to one car. We will detail whichever car of yours you would prefer.
Does SCRUBB offer one time services?
SCRUBB currently only offers our annual SCRUBB Membership
subscription service for Calgary residents. This plan gives you
regular monthly detailing at a great value, with your first detail
completely free! We don't offer one-time services at this time.
What is mobile car detailing?
Mobile car detailing means we come to you! Whether you're at home,
work, or anywhere in Calgary, our team brings all the professional
equipment and products needed to detail your vehicle on-site. No
need to drive anywhere or wait in line—we handle everything while
you get on with your day.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Calgary and surrounding areas including Airdrie,

How long does a detail take?
Our interior details take approximately 1 hour.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Nope! We bring everything we need, including our own water supply
and power source. All you need to provide is a parking spot for your
vehicle. Easy peasy.
Can you remove tough stains and odors?
Absolutely! We specialize in tackling Calgary's toughest messes—road
salt, pet hair, coffee spills, and mystery smells. We use
professional-grade products and techniques designed for tough stains
and odors. While we can't guarantee every stain will disappear (some
are permanent), we promise to give it our best shot.
Do you detail in winter?
Yes! Winter is actually one of our busiest seasons because Calgary
roads can be tough on vehicles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is super easy! You can book online through our website, call

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens—we get it! Just give us at least 24 hours notice if you
need to reschedule or cancel. We'll work with you to find a new time
that works. No penalties, no hassle.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes! SCRUBB is fully insured and our technicians are professionally
trained and certified. Your vehicle is in safe hands, and we treat
every car like it's our own.
Do I need to be present during the detail?
Nope! As long as we can access your vehicle, you don't need to stick
around. Many of our clients book us while they're at work or busy
with other things. We'll text you when we're done, and you'll come
back to a sparkling clean car.
